Cancellations

Lacuna Cove allow cancellations of orders only in the event the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns

Lacuna Cove accept the return of products within 30 days of purchase if:

  1. We accept that you have received a product from us that is different to the one you ordered, in which case we will replace the incorrect product with the correct product or credit your Credit / Debit Card / PayPal Account with a full refund, based on your preference.
  2. We accept that the products were damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, in which case we will replace the products or credit your Credit / Debit Card / PayPal Account with a full refund, based on your preference.

NOTE: Please double-check your order prior to processing as we do NOT accept returns or provide refunds based on change of mind purchases.

Incorrect Product

If you believe that the product you receive is not what you ordered, please let us know in writing to lacunacove@gmail.com or via private message on Facebook or Instagram @lacuna.cove. We will be happy to replace it or offer a full refund.

Faulty / Damaged Product

If for any reason the product you receive is faulty or damaged in any way we will be happy to exchange the items or offer a full refund. We will replace the damaged product with the same item as soon as possible. In cases where stock is no longer available or would be delayed, we will offer an alternative product.

You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damaged products. We may choose to collect the damaged products from you for quality review investigation.

Processing of Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days from the date the returned products are received.

Refunds will be processed onto the Credit / Debit Card or via PayPal with which the purchase was made within 3 working days from the date the returned products are received. Depending on the bank, refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect against an account.

At Lacuna Cove we use industry standard security measures to safeguard and protect your information. In order to protect personal data from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, we have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal data we collect.

At Lacuna Cove we are committed to protecting the security of your data, both on and off line. For security reasons we recommend that you only use the secure facility provided on our website to send credit card information.
